Wake up. Get on the scale. 128.8. Not good.
When I was on Weight
Watchers, I tracked my weight loss weekly.
I still have the chart. The last
time I weighed as much as I do now was March 10, 2010 (128.2). By July 28, I was at my lowest: 116.2.
I think 122 is a good and manageable
weight for me.
Right now, I still look thin
(it’s all relative) and my clothes still fit.
But I don’t like what the scale says, and if I continue to eat like I
have been, I’ll soon have to track and weigh food again. Something I don’t want to do.
So, good-bye to nightly
desserts, snacks of chocolate covered pomegranates with cashews, and big
nightly meals.
I like my clothes too much
to grow out of them.
